Who we are

What data we process

• Email contact: if you write to us, we keep your name, email address and message content in order to reply and follow up on your request.
• Call booking: scheduling runs through Google Calendar (Google Ireland Ltd.). Data you submit in that form is processed by Google under its own privacy policy, and is available to us to hold the call.
• Website browsing: this website is static and uses no tracking cookies or advertising. [If analytics are added later, update this section.]

Purpose and legal basis

We process data exclusively to answer contact requests, prepare proposals and deliver our services — based on pre-contractual steps and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle the request and, where a contractual relationship exists, for the applicable legal retention periods.

Data sharing

We don't sell data. We use trusted processors for email, calendar and hosting, under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements (DPAs).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any right, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
